Baking Soda and White Vinegar
More often than not, this is the one I resolve to employ. It’s easy, low-priced, and works exemplary well in removing blood and urine spots from carpets.

- Two cups of white purified/distilled vinegar
- Two cups of tepid/lukewarm water
- 4 spoonfuls of baking soda
- Spray container (optional)
Procedure one:
- Smear on the cause of the odor you want to clean as much as possible.
- Blend two cups of lukewarm water with 2 mugs of white refined vinegar.
- Sprinkle baking soda generously over the area with the odor.
- Give it a chance to break down and aerate for about 5 minutes, then vacuum the area.
- Apply vinegar solution, clean the area gently, and then leave it to dry.
Procedure two:
- Blend water and vinegar solution.
- After spreading out any excess liquid on the carpet, sprinkle a reasonable measure of baking soda over the ruined region.
- Pour the water and vinegar blend onto the baking soda to create a mini cleaning volcano which will vigorously consume the stain and remove the bad odor.
- Smudge and rub delicately dry with a spongy material and then give it a chance to sit for 5 minutes before you vacuum the area.
- Leave it to dry.
Hydrogen-peroxide And Baking Soda Mixture
Hydrogen peroxide is an amazing substance in terms of breaking down the “gems” of urine and removing stains from carpets. When you combine it with baking soda, which is a natural freshener, then you get sparkling clean and fresh carpet.
You will require…
- Paper towels or clothes
- A mug or somewhere in the vicinity of preparing pop
